Good software is less about the newest stack and more about the right one. I reach for the smallest set of tools that solves the problem, and I try to leave every codebase a little easier to change than I found it.
The last few years have pulled me toward AI — the production kind, not the demo kind: retrieval, LLM integrations and agents that survive contact with real users. It sits on top of nearly two decades of full-stack and architecture work, and it is a big part of what I explore here.
